dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s významem veřejného majetku a veřejné zeleně. Zároveň také vysvětluje význam a důležitost pasportizace majetku, která je pro fungování měst nezbytná. V praktické části bakalářské práce se čtenář seznámí s tím, jak funguje údržba v městech napříč republikou. Zároveň se zde snažím vykreslit rakovnickou problematiku a vystihnou názor občanů za pomoci dotazníku. V závěru práce jsou vypracovány návrhy na zefektivnění správy a údržby městské zeleně v Rakovníku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis introduces the reader to the importance of public property and public greenery. At the same time, it also explains the meaning and importance of property passporting, which is essential for the functioning of cities. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, the reader gets to know how maintenance works in cities across the country. At the same time, I am trying to depict the cancer issue here and capture the opinion of citizens with the help of a questionnaire. At the end of the thesis, proposals are drawn up to streamline the management and maintenance of urban greenery in Rakovník.en
