dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu managementu sportovní organizace TJ Sokol Blovice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit využívání základních manažerských funkcí jako je plánování, organizování, vedení a kontrola a navrhnout konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení řízení a hospodárnosti spolku. Práce vychází z autorovy osobní zkušenosti jako aktivního člena organizace, z rozhovorů s vedením, analýzy interních dokumentů a SWOT analýzy. Výsledkem je soubor návrhů, mezi které patří zavedení placených sportovních kurzů, symbolického vstupného na zápasy a vytvoření částečného úvazku pro administrativního pracovníka. Důraz je kladen na praktická, finančně dostupná a realizovatelná opatření, která mohou přispět ke stabilizaci, profesionalizaci a vyšší atraktivitě spolku v rámci regionálního sportovního prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the management of the sports organization TJ Sokol Blovice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the application of fundamental management functions such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling, and to propose specific measures to improve the governance and cost-effectiveness of the organization. The work is based on the author's personal experience as an active member of the club, interviews with the leadership, analysis of internal documents and a SWOT analysis. The outcome includes a set of proposals such as the introduction of paid sports courses, symbolic entry fees for matches and the creation of a part-time administrative position. Emphasis is placed on practical, financially feasible and implementable measures that can contribute to greater stability, professionalization and attractiveness of the organization within the context of regional sports activities.en
