| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá orientačním během, se snahou přiblížit tento sport studentům středních škol a vytvořit metodickou příručku pro učitele a začínající vedoucí orientačního běhu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých činností, které se mohou při orientaci v terénu vyskytnout. Obsahuje tedy základní znalosti, které jsou důležité pro správné zvládnutí orientačního běhu. Praktická část pak obsahuje hry a cvičení, při kterých si studenti zdokonalují jednotlivé činnosti orientačního běhu. | cs |
