| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kompenzační pomůcky pro soběstačnost a jejich využití u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána dětská mozková obrna její charakteristika, dělení a léčba. Také jsou zde popsány kompenzační pomůcky jejich charakteristiky, dělení, výběr a způsob získávání. V praktické části je zaznamenáno kazuistické šetření. Toto šetření obsahuje sledování klientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, během měsíční terapie. Je zde sledováno, zda při použití kompenzační pomůcky nebo kompenzační strategie bez použití kompenzační pomůcky dojde ke zlepšení soběstačnosti v oblasti oblékání. Ke zlepšení soběstačnosti nedošlo u všech klientů a z tohoto důvodu se hypotéza nepotvrdila. U klienta č. 1a č. 2 došlo ke zlepšení soběstačnosti v oblasti oblékání pomocí používání kompenzační pomůcky. U klienta č. 3 došlo ke zlepšení soběstačnosti pomocí kompenzační strategie rozepínání a zapínání knoflíků bez kompenzační pomůcky, ale u klienta č. 4 ke zlepšení soběstačnosti v oblasti oblékání nedošlo. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on aids for self sufficiency and their use for children with infantil cerebral palsy from the perspective of the occupational therapist. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes cerebral palsy their characteristics, classification and treatment. Also described are compensating aids their characteristics, classification, selection and manner of acquisition. The practical part is contains casuistic investigation. This investigation includes the monitoring of clients with cerebral palsy during the month of therapy. There is monitored result of using compensating adis. The next monitored result of using compensatory strategies without using compensating aids will improve self sufficiency in clothing. To improve the self-sufficiency prevent all clients and therefore the hypothesis was not confirmed. On the client no. 1 and no. 2 to improve self-sufficiency in the dressing throught the use of mobility aids. On the client no. 3 to improve self-sufficiency throught compensatory strategies unbuttoning and buttoning without compensating aids, but the client no. 4 to improve self-sufficiency in clothing prevent. | en |
