| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Event management vybrané sportovní akce? je popis problematiky event managementu, eventů a jejich pojetí z projektového hlediska. Součástí této práce je vytvoření projektového plánu konkrétního eventu, kterým je běžecký závod RunTour v Ostravě. Plán obsahuje veškeré potřebné činnosti, jejich časový harmonogram, podrobný popis organizace celé akce, návrh celkových nákladů závodu a zvažuje možná rizika bránící jeho úspěšnému uskutečnění. Z hlediska event marketingu je nastíněn způsob propagace akce. Vytvořený plán by měl sloužit pořadatelům závodu jako podklad při řízení celé akce a napomoci jeho úspěšnému uskutečnění. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the thesis ?Event management of chosen sport event? is a description of the issue of event management, events and their interpretation from the project perspective. Part of this work is a creation of the project plan for a specific event, which is running race RunTour in Ostrava. The plan contains all necessary activities, their schedule, detailed description of the whole event organization, the total cost calculation of the race and description of possible risks hindering it?s successful realization. Concerning an event marketing the thesis outlines a method of the event promotion. The created plan should serve to the race organizers as the basis in event managing and help it?s successful implementation. | en |
