| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku jednotlivých forem financování se zaměřením zejména na leasingové a úvěrové financování. V praktické části jsou tyto formy porovnány z hlediska efektivnosti. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickou specifikací možností financování podniků, přičemž následující dvě kapitoly jsou samostatně věnovány popisu leasingového a úvěrového financování. Čtvrtá kapitola poté teoreticky zhodnocuje a porovnává tyto dvě úhlavní možnosti financování, tedy leasing a úvěry. Následuje pátá kapitola, která se zabývá představením podniku, ve kterém byla tato bakalářská práce zpracovávána, stručně popisuje jeho činnost, současnou situaci a také obsahuje konkrétní zadání k následným praktickým výpočtům. Šestá kapitola je již zcela praktická a obsahuje výpočty pro zjištění výhodnosti jednotlivých forem financování pomocí metody diskontovaných výdajů či čisté výhody leasingu. Dále obsahuje porovnání výsledků a návrhy na konkrétní řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of different forms of financing with a focus especially on leasing and credit financing. There are these forms compared from the point of their efficiency in the practical part. The first chapter deals with the theoretical specifications of corporate financing options and the following two chapters discuss the description of leasing and credit financing, which are theoretically evaluated and compared in the fourth chapter. There is introduced the company, in which this thesis was elaborated, along with the brief description of its activities and current situation in the fifth chapter including also the exact steps to following practical calculations. The sixth chapter is completely practical and contains calculations enabling to determine the advantages of different financing forms by using the discounted costs and net benefits of leasing. Furthermore, it contains the comparison of results and proposals of particular solutions. | en |
