| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku šikany, její znaky, vývojová stádia, aktéry šikanování a faktory, které mohou mít na vznik šikany vliv. Dále je vymezen proces vyšetřování, řešení a léčby. Pozornost je věnována také následkům a oblasti prevence. Teoretická část také obsahuje základní informace vztahující se k výkonu ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Cílem praktické části je sledovat projevy a souvislosti agrese, případně i šikany ve vybraných dětských domovech. Metodami výzkumného šetření jsou dotazníky, rozhovory a analýza dokumentu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part of bachelor thesis contains the basic characteristics of bullying, its symptoms, developmental stages, bullying actors and factors that can affect the formation of bullying. Further investigation process is defined, as well as solutions and treatments. Attention is also devoted to effects and prevention. The theoretical part also contains basic information related to institutional and protective education. The target of practical part is monitoring symptoms and contexts of aggression, or even bullying in selected orphan´s homes.
