dc.description.abstractTato práce popisuje kompenzaci škody na zdraví v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o tématu. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy nemateriální újmy. Poté jsou rozděleny jednotlivé druhy náhrady újmy při ublížení na zdraví a při usmrcení na materiální a nemateriální. V další části práce je přiblížena Metodika Nejvyššího soudu, která rozebírá bolestné a ztížení společenského uplatnění. Na konci práce se věnuji srovnání staré a nové úpravy v této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes compensation for health damage in Czech republic. The main aim of this thesis is to provide the summary of this theme. The first part of the thesis explain the basic concepts of immaterial damage. Then, the different kinds of compensations for health damage or death are divided into the material and immaterial. In the other part of this thesis is entertained the Methodics of High Court, where is discussed the painful and more difficult social application. At the end of this thesis, I write about the main legislative changes in this area.en
