dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zaměřuje na popis průběhu projektu financovaného s podporou fondů EU, který sestává ze dvou etap. V první části diplomové práce je charakterizována společnost a provedena analýza podnikové kultury. V další části je popsán předmět projektu a zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost. Následuje zhodnocení ukončené první etapy projektu a porovnání plánovaného stavu se skutečností. Čtvrtá kapitola zahrnuje analýzu rizik druhé etapy projektu, zkoumá dopad nejvýznamnějších rizik na výsledek hospodaření a navrhuje možnosti eliminace rizik. Dále je zmíněna udržitelnost projektu a jsou zkoumány dopady projektu na budoucí výsledky společnosti. V poslední části jsou stanoveny cíle pro plánovací období firmy pro roky 2011 - 2014, provedena analýza podnikového prostředí a posouzeny možnosti využití dalšího čerpání dotací v rámci Operačního programu podnikání a inovace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe following thesis concentrates on the course of the project financed with the support of EU funds, which consist of two stages. The first part of the thesis characterizes the company and contains the analysis of company culture. The next part describes the subject of the project and judges the economical effectiveness of the project. The following section evaluates the first stage of the project that was finished and compares the planned state with the reality. The fourth chapter includes risk analysis of the second stage, examines the impact of the most significant risks to the profit and suggests the possibilities of their elimination. The next section mentions sustainability of the project and examines the impact of the project on future results of the company. The last part sets up the goals in the company planning period 2011 - 2014, analysis the business environment and defines the possibilities for the next using of EU funds and selects the most suitable program of the support from Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation.en
