dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce na téma "Nákup jako součást výrobního procesu a vlivy na ekonomiku podniku" se zaměřuje na problematiku nákupu, výroby a řízení zásob. Práce definuje klíčové problémy v těchto oblastech a navrhuje případná zlepšení. První kapitola se zabývá představením společnosti Nelan, s.r.o., jeho historií, produkty a hospodářskými výsledky. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na problematiku nákupu, nákupního procesu, fázemi nákupu a hlavními dodavateli. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na konkrétní výrobu a produkty firmy. Další kapitola popisuje vše, co se týče zásob, jeho řízení a skladování. Poslední část bakalářské práce analyzuje aktuální problémy ve firmě a jsou zde popsány i návrhy na zlepšení. V závěru práce je shrnutí o všem, co tato práce obsahuje. Teoretická část není vůbec od praktické části oddělena, obě se prolínají.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bacherol thesis on the topic "Purchase as a part of the production process and influences on the economy the firm" is focused on issue of buying, manufacturing and inventory management. The thesis defines the key problems in these areas and suggests possible solutions. The first chapter is focused on the performance of the company Nelan, s.r.o., its history, products and economic results. The second chapter is based on issue of buying, buying process, phases purchasing and main suppliers. The third chapter is focused on specific manufacturing and products of the company. The next chapter describes everything regarding supplies, inventory management and storage. The last part of this thesis analyzes actual problems in the company including description of possible solutions. At the conclusion of the thesis is a summary of everything what this thesis contains. The theoretical part is not separated of the practical part at all, both of them are intertwined.en
