dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá komunikačním systémem v organizaci, analýzou efektivnosti komunikačních procesů a jejich schopností podpory naplnění strategických cílů společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat problémy momentálně fungující interní komunikace ve společnosti BRUSH SEM s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření pro zvýšení efektivity fungování komunikace, která budou v souladu se strategickými cíli podniku. První část je zaměřena na charakteristiku společnosti, její strategie a strategických cílů a SWOT analýzu. V další části jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky potřebné pro provedení kvalitní analýzy interní komunikace. Třetí část vymezuje hlavní komunikační procesy relevantní k naplnění vytyčených strategických cílů. Následuje dotazníkové šetření, z něhož jsou stanoveny slabé stránky interní komunikace podniku. V závěru práce jsou navrženy cíle interní komunikace pro účinnou komunikaci v organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the communication systems in the organization, analyzing the effectiveness of communication processes and their ability to support the strategic objectives of the company. The aim is to analyze the problems currently functioning internal communication within the company BRUSH SEM s.r.o. and suggest measures for increasing the efficiency of communication, which are in line with the strategic objectives of the company. The first part is focused on the characteristics of the company, its strategy and strategic objectives and SWOT analysis. The next section discusses the theoretical knowledge necessary to perform quality analysis of internal communication. The third section identifies the main communication processes relevant to the fulfillment of strategic objectives. The following is a questionnaire survey, from which are made weaknesses in internal communication of the company. In conclusion are proposed objectives of internal communication for effective communication in an organization.en
