dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat faktory, jež ovlivňují úspěšnost podniku. V rámci teoretické části je vymezen pojem úspěšnosti podniku a dále jsou určeny možné finanční a nefinanční faktory. Poznatky uvedené v teoretické části jsou aplikovány v praktické části, ve které jsou skrze finanční analýzu zkoumány faktory, jež by mohly ovlivnit výkonnost podniku. Dále jsou prostřednictvím PEST a SWOT analýzy určeny vnější a vnitřní faktory ovlivňující chod společnosti. Zakončení praktické části je věnováno Modelu excelence EFQM, který je sestaven z hodnocení podnikové situace v devíti základních kategoriích. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení úspěšnosti podniku a návrhu možných opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyse factors, which may influence the prosperity of the company. Theoretical part includes definitions of business success and determination of possible financial and non-financial factors. The knowledge mentioned in theoretical part is applied on practical part, which concluded analysis of factors, which may affect a business efficiency. Furthermore, there are through the PEST and SWOT analysis determined the internal and external factors that affect a company. The ending of the practical part is devoting to the Model excellence EFQM, which is compiled from the evaluation of business situation in nine fundamental categories. The final part of thesis is dedicated to an assessment of business success and to the possible precaution.en
