| dc.description.abstract | Těžištěm práce je právo stavby, věcné právo k cizí věci, umožňující zřízení stavby na pozemku jinou osobou než vlastníkem pozemku. Tento právní institut byl do českého práva znovu zaveden zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Práce se zabývá současnou úpravou práva stavby, kterou se snaží popsat a analyzovat a upozornit na možná problematická ustanovení, na jejichž výkladu nepanuje mezi odbornou veřejností shoda. | cs |

This legal institute was re-integrated into Czech law by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. The thesis deals with the current regulation of right to build, which it tries to describe and analyze and draw attention to possible problematic provisions, on the interpretation of which there is no consensus among the professional public. | en |
