dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce zkoumá z různých hledisek podniky a podnikání v regionálním rozvoji v Ústeckém kraji. První část práce se věnuje podnikání, nezaměstnanosti a regionální politice. V další části práce je analýza kraje, jeho silné a slabé stránky a také zjištění vlivu podnikání na rozvoj kraje, příčiny a řešení nezaměstnanosti. Další část je zaměřena na dotační projekt města Chomutova, který ukazuje dobré schopnosti plánování a nalezení vhodného zdroje krytí. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena analýza, nalezeny nedostatky a stanoveny návrhy na opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor´s thesis focuses on business and entrepreneurship in regional development entrepreneurship in the Usti region. This first part investigates entrepreneurship, unemployment and regional policy. The goal in the following chapter is to analyse the region, his strengths and weaknesses, determine the effects of entrepreneurship on the development of the region and also determine causes and solutions of unemployment. The following part aims to show a largest funding project in Chomutov city, which shows good planning skills and to find appropriate resources protection. The aim at the end of the thesis is analysis evaluation, finding weaknesses of the region and finding the solutions.en
