| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá nabídkou LGBT turismu. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat specifika nabídky, která jsou pro LGBT komunitu důležitá a shrnout poznatky o nabídce významných světových a tuzemských subjektů cestovního ruchu a eventech. Součástí diplomové práce je vymezení pojmů souvisejících s cestovním ruchem, LGBT komunitou, jejím spotřebním chováním a specifiky. Praktická část této práce analyzuje nabídku LGBT turismu a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi českými i zahraničními respondenty. V závěru práce jsou formulována vhodná doporučení, která by měla přispět nejen k lepšímu zacílení na tento segment trhu, ale také k tomu, aby byla Česká republika vnímána jako LGBT friendly destinace i v očích veřejnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis concerns itself with supply of LGBT tourism. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the specifics of supply, which are important for the LGBT community, and to summarize the knowledge about supply of important world and czech tourism entities and events. There is the definition of terms related to tourism, LGBT community, its consumer behavior and its specifics in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. The practical part of this work analyzes supply of LGBT tourism and the results of a questionnaire survey, which took place among Czech and foreign respondents. At the end of the thesis, appropriate recommendations are formulated, which should contribute not only to a better targeting of this market segment, but also to the Czech Republic being perceived as an LGBT friendly destination in the eyes of the public. | en |
