dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá postavením absolventů vysokých škol na současném trhu práce v České republice. Ukazuje vývoj počtu absolventů, jejich slabé a silné stránky na trhu práce, které se projevují při hledání prvního zaměstnání. Praktická část práce zahrnuje výzkum, který byl zaměřený výhradně na studenty a absolventy FEK ZČU v Plzni. Cílem výzkumu bylo porovnat názory a představy studentů s reálnými zkušenostmi absolventů na trhu práce. Výzkum byl prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření u dvou skupin respondentů. První skupinu tvořili současní studenti FEK ZČU, kteří byli dotazováni na své názory a představy o situaci na trhu práce, požadavcích zaměstnavatelů apod. Druhou skupinu respondentů tvořili absolventi FEK ZČU z let 2009 - 2012, kteří byli dotazováni na stejnou problematiku. Následně byly porovnány představy studentů a zkušenosti absolventů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the situation of recent university graduates on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the development of the number of graduates, their common strengths and weaknesses which influence the search for their first job. The practical part of the thesis includes research aimed at comparing the opinions and expectations of students with the experiences of graduates, and which is focused entirely on the students and graduates of the Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The research was conducted on data obtained from two groups of respondents by means of questionnaires. The first group consisted of current students of the Faculty of Economics. They were asked about their opinions and expectations in regards to their future working opportunities. The second group was made of graduates of the Faculty of Economics from the years 2009 to 2012, who were asked similar questions. Afterwards, the expectations of the students were compared with the experiences of the graduates.en
