dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je věnována charakteristice metody 5S a návrhu projektu zavedení metody 5S na vybraných pracovištích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou metody 5S a dále jsou podrobně popsány způsoby její implementace. Zmíněny jsou také přínosy a odpory související s metodou 5S. Praktická část je věnována představení společnosti, vymezení projektu a analýze současných stavů jednotlivých pracovišť. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuty postupy pro realizaci zavádění metody 5S spolu s přínosy, které by s sebou zavedení mělo přinést.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Diploma thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the 5S method and the design of a project of introducing the 5S method at selected workplaces. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the 5S method and further describes the methods of its implementation. The benefits and resistances associated with the 5S method are also mentioned. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the company, project definition and analysis of the current state of individual workplaces. At the end of the thesis, the procedures are proposed for the implementation of the 5S method, together with the benefits that the implementation should bring.en
