dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá popisem nákupních procesů a jejich průběhem v rámci informačního systému K2. V práci je stručně představen vybraný podnik a jeho hospodaření. Protože tato firma se zabývá kusovou a malosériovou výrobou, je nákup těsně provázaný s výrobní činností. Proto je také část práce věnována popisu řízení výroby pomocí informačního systému K2. Součástí práce je rozbor využívání možností, které informační systém K2 nabízí. Tato zjišťování byla provedena pomocí SWOT analýzy. Z této analýzy vzešla doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení, která se týkají oblasti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů, oběhu dokladů v elektronické podobě a využívání čárových kódů při výrobě a skladování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis concerns with the descrtiption of buying processes and their progress in the framework of the information system K2. I am briefly introducing the chosen company and its economy. Because this firm is engaged in a small scale production, the purchases are tightly bound with production activities. Therefore, one part of the thesis occupies with the description of production management with the help of the information system K2. Another part of the thesis is the analysis of using the possibilities, which are offered by the K2 information system. These inquires were made with the help of SWOT analysis.The results of this analysis were recommendations and suggestions for improvements concerning the field of relations between contractors and customers. Further recommendations deal with the circulation of documents in the electronic form. and using the bar codes during production and storage.en
