dc.description.abstractObsahem této diplomové práce je analýza podnikových procesů výrobního závodu, konkrétně výrobního závodu zabývajícího se výrobou keramické dlažby. V textu jsou popisovány čtyři podnikové procesy ve výrobním podniku LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat podnikové procesy, následně je popsat a navrhnout optimalizaci procesu se zaměřením na náklady. Stěžejní část této práce se zabývá analýzou nejsložitějšího procesu a to procesu výroby keramické dlažby. Výstupem z této analýzy je návrh několika konkrétních zlepšení doplněných o ekonomické zhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this diploma thesis is to analyze the business process in plant, specifically the factory for manufacturing ceramic floor tiles. The text describes four business processes in a manufacturing company LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. The goal of this thesis was to identify business processes, consequently describe them and design the process?s optimization focusing on costs. The main part of this thesis deals with the analysis of the most complex process, particularly production process of ceramic tiles. The output of this analysis is to design a number of specific improvements complemented by economic evaluation.en
