dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je vliv okolí na konkrétní podnik. Hlavním cílem této práce je vypracování analýzy okolí vybraného podniku BOHEMIA SEKT, s. r. o., který je významným výrobcem tichého a šumivého vína na českém trhu, a také navrhnutí případných zlepšujících opatření pro podnik. V první části práce se nachází teoretická vymezení pojmů týkajících se okolí podniku a popis jeho působících faktorů. Druhá část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních strategických nástrojů - PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzy a také finanční analýzy. Třetí kapitola je věnována ke krátkému představení zvolené společnosti. Zbývající části práce se zaobírají praktickým zpracováním výše zmíněných analýz a následným návrhům, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the influence of surroundings on the specific business. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the environment of selected company BOHEMIA SEKT, s. r. o. that is a famous and important producer of wine and sparkling wine on the Czech market. On the basis of these analyses, a proposal of possible improvement measures is the outcome of this work. In the first part of the thesis there are theoretical definitions of terms related to the company surroundings and a description of its acting factors. The second part focuses on explaining basic strategic tools - PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and also financial analysis. The third chapter aims at a short presentation of the chosen company. The remaining parts of this thesis describe the practical execution and processes of the above-mentioned analyses and subsequent proposals that could lead to the improvement of the company's competitiveness in the market.en
