| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je úspora hmotnosti konstrukce existující průmyslové vozové pece určené pro ohřev vsázky na teplotu 900°C. Prověření možnosti úspory hmotnosti nosné konstrukce bylo provedeno pomocí metody konečných prvků a skladba vyzdívky byla hodnocena na základě tepelně izolačních vlastností jednotlivých materiálů. Byla provedena analýza stávající konstrukce pece a na základě rozložení napjatosti byly navrženy konstrukční úpravy. Součástí zadání bylo prověření nosnosti pecního vozu dle předem definovaného zatížení. V navržených úpravách byla zohledněna jednoduchost montáže. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this thesis is reduction of weight of bottom forging furnace used for heating batch to 900°C. Analysis of possible weight saving was done using finite element method and isolation lining materials were evaluated based on the thermal insulating properties. Existing furnace designs was analysed and the design modification were proposed based on the distribution of stress. The proposed amendments take into account the ease of assembly. | en |
