dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na metody a nástroje treasury managementu a jejich aplikace ve vybraném podniku a následné navržení opatření na jejich zlepšení. V první části definuje teoretické oblasti treasury managementu. Na začátku se zabývá pojmem treasury managementu a příklady jeho činností. Následně vymezuje cash management, management pracovního kapitálu, řízení likvidity, vztahy s bankami a řízení finančních rizik. Ve druhé části se zabývá nástroji a metodami treasury managementu, které podnik sám využívá. Nejprve charakterizuje vybranou společnost. Poté analyzuje cash flow společnosti. Zaměřuje se na předpověď cash flow, nástroje plateb a kontrolu vyplácení hotovosti. Dále analyzuje pracovní kapitál společnosti, jeho řízení, obratový cyklus peněz, kapitálovou potřebu oběžných aktiv a likviditu společnosti. Zabývá se vztahy s bankami a zkoumá měnové riziko podniku. Nakonec jsou v práci navržena opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení využívání metod a nástrojů treasury managementu společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented diploma thesis is focused on the methods and the instruments of treasury management and their application in the selected company and afterwards suggestion for their improvement. In the first part the thesis defines teoretical area of the treasury management. In the beginning it focuses on the concept of treasury management and the examples of its activities. Afterwards the thesis describes cash management, working capital management, managing liquidity, bank relationships and financial risk management. In the second part the diploma thesis is focused on the methods and the instruments of treasury management, that the company uses. At first it characterizes the selected company. Afterwards the thesis analyses cash flow of the company. It is focused on the cash flow forecast, on the payment methods and the cash payment control. It describes working capital of the company, its managing, cash cycle and working capital needs. The thesis analyses liquidity of the company. It describes bank relationships and inspects currency risk. In the end there are suggestions for the improvement of the use of the methods and the instruments of the company's treasury management.en
