| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými trendy v řízení nákupu a jejich uplatněním v českých firmách. Téma bylo zvoleno s ohledem na rostoucí význam nákupu jako strategické činnosti, která ovlivňuje efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost podniku. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat aktuální míru využití moderních trendů v českých firmách a identifikovat klíčové přínosy a bariéry, které firmy v souvislosti s jejich implementaci vnímají. Byl zvolen kvantitativní přístup výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření, ve kterém výsledky poukázaly na převážně pozitivní vnímání trendů. Jejich implementace je však často ovlivněna nedostatkem odborníků, finančními prostředky či obavami o bezpečnost dat. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení, jako například větší zapojení lokálních dodavatelů, využití AI pro rutinní úkoly zvýšení kvalifikace stávajících zaměstnanců pomocí školení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on current trends in purchasing management and their application in Czech companies. The topic was chosen with regard to the growing importance of purchasing as a strategic activity that affects the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. The aim of the thesis was to map the current level of use of modern trends in Czech companies and to identify the key benefits and barriers perceived in connection with their implementation. A quantitative research approach was chosen in the form of a questionnaire survey, the results of which indicated a generally positive perception of these trends. However, their implementation is often influenced by lack of experts, financial resources or concerns about data security. The output of the paper is concrete suggestions for improvement, for example, greater involvement of local suppliers, use of AI for routine tasks and increasing the qualification of existing employees through training. | en |
