dc.description.abstractPředmětem této práce je problematika státního občanství v České republice. První část práce je věnována pojmu státního občanství a jeho vymezení. Druhá část přibližuje historický přehled státoobčanského vztahu v českých zemích. Třetí až šestá část pojednávají o platné právní úpravě státního občanství v České republice, kdy třetí část popisuje zákon o státním občanství v obecné rovině, čtvrtá část se věnuje nabývání státního občanství udělením zahrnujíc i problematiku správního řízení a zvláštní případy udělování státního občanství. Pátá část pojednává o nabývání státního občanství prohlášením a šestá, poslední část řeší otázku možnosti pozbytí státního občanství a institut obnovy řízení ve státoobčanských věcech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy theses deals with the legal conditions and rules governing the citizenship of the Czech Republic. The first part of my paper is aimed on a notion of the citizenship and its specification. The second part contains a short description of a historical overview of the institute of the Czech citizenship. The third part describes the topical legislation concerning the Czech citizenship. The fourth part deals with acquiring of the Czech citizenship on the grounds of an application describing a substantial law as well as law governing the process of acquiring the Czech citizenship. The fifth part describes acquiring the Czech citizenship on proclamation. The very last chapter of my paper deals with legal rules governing losing of the Czech citizenship.en
