dc.description.abstractPředkládaný projekt bakalářské práce se bude věnovat multikulturalitě a interkulturalitě ve výuce. Hlavním cílem této práce je reflektovat současné výukové postupy při naplňování průřezového tématu Multikulturní výchova. Dalším cílem této práce je vymezení pojmu multikulturalita a interkulturalita, tj. hledání společných a rozdílných bodů, využití těchto přístupů při výuce a definování těchto pojmů z pohledu jednotlivých vědních disciplín. K dosažení stanovených cílů budou využity jak metody terénního výzkumu, tak komparace dostupných zdrojů a analýza vybraných učebnic a výukových materiálů. První část bakalářské práce bude teoreticky reflektovat zvolené pojmy. Další části práce představují jednotlivé výzkumy. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu strategických dokumentů MŠMT. V třetí části analyzuji tištěné učebnice. V části čtvrté analyzuji internetové zdroje vzdělávací podpory. V páté části vyhodnocuji rozhovory s vyučujícími. Ambicí práce je definovat a analyzovat pojmy multikulturalita a interkulturalita a analyzovat současnou situaci, tj. jak je multikulturní výchova reflektována v učebnicích pro výchovu k občanství a jak se daří výuku tohoto průřezového tématu implementovat do výuky vybranými pedagogy. V závěru budou analyzovány zjištěné poznatky, diskutován bude přínos práce a možnosti jejího využití.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe proposed bachelor's thesis project will focus on multiculturalism and interculturality in education. The main goal of this thesis is to reflect on current teaching practices in fulfilling the cross-curricular theme of multicultural education. Another objective of the thesis is to define the concepts of multiculturalism and interculturalityspecifically, to explore their similarities and differences, their application in teaching, and how these concepts are defined from the perspectives of various academic disciplines. To achieve these goals, both field research methods and comparison of available sources, as well as analysis of selected textbooks and teaching materials, will be used. The first part of the bachelor thesis will theoretically reflect on the selected concepts. The following parts of the thesis present individual research studies. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of strategic documents of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT). In the third part, I analyse printed textbooks. In the fourth part, I analyse online educational support resources. In the fifth part, I evaluate interviews with teachers. The ambition of this thesis is to define and analyse the concepts of multiculturalism and interculturality and to examine the current situationnamely, how multicultural education is reflected in civics textbooks and how successfully this cross-curricular theme is being implemented in the teaching practices of selected teachers. In conclusion, the findings will be analysed, and the contribution of the thesis and its potential applications will be discussed.en
