| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je "Finanční analýza konkrétního podniku". Cílem je provést finanční analýzu konkrétního podniku. Její provedení by mělo přispět k relevantnímu zhodnocení finanční situace a odhalení slabých míst ve financování činnosti podniku. Struktura bakalářské práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol a závěru, v nichž je daná problematika analyzována jak z teoretického, tak z praktického hlediska. V rámci teoretické části je definována finanční analýza, její význam, účel, cíl a členění. Druhá kapitola se věnuje jejím metodám, postupům a ukazatelům. Klíčovými zdroji pro zpracování praktické části jsou rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a výkaz cash flow. Ty jsou teoreticky zachyceny v kapitole třetí. Čtvrtou kapitolu a zároveň praktickou část tvoří finanční analýza zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu. Ta se dále člení na analýzu rozdílových, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů. Výsledky finanční analýzy jsou podkladem pro vyhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti a pro předložení návrhů opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this thesis is "The financial analysis of a concrete company." The aim is to make a financial analysis of the particular company. Its implementation should contribute to relevant evaluation of the financial situation and revelation of weaknesses in the funding of the business. The structure of the thesis is divided into five chapters and a conclusion. The issues are analyzed in each chapter from theoretical and practical terms as well. The theoretical part gives a definition of the financial analysis, its meaning, purpose, goal and structure. The second chapter deals with the methods, procedures and indicators of the financial analysis. Key resources for the practical part of the thesis are balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement. They are theoretically contained in the third chapter. The fourth chapter and also the practical part is the financial analysis of the chosen business entity. It is further divided into analysis of the difference, ratio and aggregat indicators. The results of the financial analysis are the basis for the evaluation of financial health of the company and to submit proposals for measures to improve the financial situation. | en |
