Abstract

Uváděným výsledkem je překlad studie M. Diaconu The Aesthetics of Landscape. An Intercultural Perspective. Jde o první český překlad díla rakouské estetičky a filozofky. Studie odkazuje k W. Welschovi a jeho ohledu na etické aspekty estetického myšlení. Komparuje několikeré pojetí krajiny, analyzuje potenciál žitého prostoru být vnímán jako krajina a ukazuje, jak se s kulturním a estetickým zázemím tohoto vnímání pojí i etické a environmentální otázky. Autorka operuje s koncepty kontemplativní, explorativní, prožívané a živé / cítící krajiny a hlásí se k myšlenkám angažovanosti a péče, v estetice rozpracovaným A. Berleantem a Y. Saito.

D. Blahutková´s translation of M. Diaconu's study "The Aesthetics of Landscape. An Intercultural Perspective" is the first Czech translation of the work of the Austrian aesthetician and philosopher. The study recalls W. Welsch and his emphasizing the ethical dimension of aesthetic values. It analyses the possibilities of perceiving living space as landscape and shows how different ethical and environmental aspects are related to different cultural and aesthetic backgrounds of this perception. The author propose a non-exhaustive taxonomy of landscapes that includes the contemplative, explorative, lived, and living/sentient landscape and refers to the concepts of engagement and care, i.e. to the aesthetic thinking of A. Berleant and Y. Saito.
