dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá házenou na 1. stupni základní školy. Učitelé na prvním stupni se házené příliš nevěnují a právě tato práce by pro ně mohla být inspirací, aby házenou do svých hodin tělesné výchovy více zařazovali. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje specifika mladšího školního věku, protože tento věk je velice specifický a každý pedagog i trenér by měl být o této problematice dostatečně poučen. Teoretická část se dále věnuje házené a to jejímu významu, historickému vývoji a pravidlům. Dále jsou zde zahrnuty obměny házené, jako je miniházená, plážová házená a házená na žíněnky. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část zabývá herními činnostmi jednotlivce, které by měl každý hráč házené zvládnout. Praktická část obsahuje zásobník průpravných cvičení a her pro nácvik herních činností v házené na 1. stupni základní školy. U každého cvičení i hry je uvedeno zaměření, potřebné pomůcky, popis hry (cvičení), u některých cvičení a her je uvedena i možná obměna. Všechny hry (cvičení) jsou vyzkoušené v praxi a je u nich uvedená reflexe, popřípadě to, co by se ještě dalo změnit. Některá cvičení a hry jsou doplněna také o fotografie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on handball on primary school level. Teachers at primary school level do not pay much attention to handball. This work could become a source of inspiration that would allow them to include handball in to their physical education lessons more frequently. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part discusses the specifics of pupils at primary school level. This age group is very specific and each teacher and trainer should be trained to understand the needs of this group. The theoretical part of the thesis then focuses on handball, its significance, historical development and rules. It presents various versions of handball such as mini handball, beach handball and handball on mats. The theoretical part also presents an game activities a handball player has to master. The empirical part provides a collection of preparatory activities and games that allow practicinggame activities needed for handball at primary school level. Each activity and game is supplemented by a list of needed equipment, by the description of its aim and procedure and sometimes also with possible modifications. All games and activities have been tried and tested and reflection on how this testing worked and what changes could be done is also provided.en
