| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním absolventů oboru sociální práce z pohledu zaměstnavatelů poskytujících sociální služby na území města Plzně s důrazem na registrované sociální služby. Cílem práce bylo zjistit fakta relativní pro hodnocení absolventů sociální práce zaměstnavateli, zejména z hlediska kompetencí. V teoretické části práce se autorka zabývala vymezením pojmů jako sociální práce a sociální služby, sociální pracovník a kompetence. Každý pojem definovala a dále s ním pracovala. V praktické části práce se věnuje metodologii výzkumného šetření a samotnému výzkumnému šetření. Bakalářská práce je empirického rázu a využívá smíšené strategie výzkumného šetření. Nejprve autorka zjišťovala informace dotazníkem či z dokumentů a následně využívala metody kvalitativního výzkumného šetření polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s důrazem na dílčí výzkumné oblasti ? přijímání nových sociálních pracovníků, představy a nároky zaměstnavatele a další postup a spokojenost zaměstnavatele. Díky této metodě získala autorka potřebná data pro naplnění cílů bakalářské práce. Zjištěné poznatky jsou zaznamenány v shrnutí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Work versatility of social work study program graduates from the perspective of the employers engaged in social services in the city of Pilsen with an emphasis on registrated social servises. The aim of this work was to determine the facts relative to social work study program graduates, particularly in terms of competences. In the theoretical part, the author discussed the definitions of terms such as social work and social services, social worker and competence. Each term defined and worked with him. In the practical part of the thesis deals with the methodology of the research and the research itself. The thesis is empirical in nature and uses a mixed strategy research. First author or questionnaire collected information from documents and then use the methods of qualitative research semi-structured interview with an emphasis on particular research areas - recruitment of social workers, ideas and demands of employers and other progress and satisfaction of employer. With this method, the author obtained the necessary data to meet the objectives of the thesis. The findings are reported in the summary of the results. | en |
