dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na energetickou chudobu primárně v České republice. V práci jsou popsány její hlavní ukazatelé, vysvětlen jejich princip a jejich případné nedostatky. Ukazatelé jsou doplněny o dostupná data od Českého statistického úřadu. Pokud to bylo možné, data z ukazatelů jsou porovnány s daty ostatních evropských zemí. Dále je v práci charakterizován trh s elektřinou v České republice, jeho poptávková a nabídková strana. V druhé polovině práce jsou analyzovány hlavní příčiny energetické chudoby. Příčiny jsou analyzovány na základě veřejně dostupných dat. V poslední části práce jsou navržena řešení na základě příčin energetické chudoby. Návrhy řešení energetické chudoby jsou zpracovány jak na úrovni České republiky, tak na úrovni Evropské unie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on energy poverty primarily in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes its main indicators, explains their principle and their possible shortcomings. The indicators are supplemented with available data from the Czech Statistical Office. Where possible, data from the indicators are compared with data from other European countries. Furthermore, the paper characterises the electricity market in the Czech Republic, its demand and supply side. In the second half of the thesis the main causes of energy poverty are analysed. The causes are analysed on the basis of publicly available data. In the last part of the thesis, solutions are proposed based on the causes of energy poverty. Proposals for solutions to energy poverty are elaborated both at the level of the Czech Republic and at the level of the European Union.en
