| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení kvality života a diagnostiku celkového tělesného složení rekreačně sportujících žen středního a staršího věku. Obsahem bude analýza vztahu mezi kvalitou života a celkovým tělesným složením u vybraného souboru žen s ohledem na jejich věk. Data budou porovnána s kontrolní skupinou nesportující populace. DP bude realizována za spolupráce Centra tělesné výchovy a sportu a zájmových složek rekreačně sportujících žen v Plzeňském kraji. K posouzení kvality života bude použit standardizovaný dotazník WHOQOL-BREF, k diagnostice celkového tělesného složení použijeme lékařskou váhu s bioimpedanční metodou měření. Výstupem DP bude zároveň edukace rekreačně sportujících žen o vhodnosti pohybových aktivit jako součásti zdravého životního stylu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on the assessment of quality of life and diagnostics of the overall body composition of women in middle and older age participating in recreational sport. The content will be an analysis of the relationship between the quality of life and the overall body composition of selected sample of women with respect to their age. Data will be compared with a non-sporting control group. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Center of Physical Education and Sport and interest groups of recreational sports women in the Pilsen Region. A standardized WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire will be used to assess the quality of life. We use a medical scale with a bioimpedance measurement method to diagnose the overall body composition. The output of the thesis will also be education of recreational sports women about the suitability of physical activities as part of a healthy lifestyle. | en |
