dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o institutu veřejného prostoru. Zaměřuje se na definici samotného pojmu, na příslušnou zákonnou úpravu, judikaturu a odbornou literaturu. Práce vymezuje samotný pojem a zdůvodňuje jeho postavení v právním řádu ČR. Práce dále pojednává o veřejném prostoru z hlediska historického i aktuálního. Sleduje zejména vznik, formy užívání a zánik veřejného prostranství. Dále se práce zaměřuje na vlastnictví veřejných prostranství a ochranu veřejného prostoru. Dílo dále pojednává o vybraných veřejných prostranstvích ve městě Dobřany. Práce vyhodnocuje aktuální stav právní úpravy a navrhuje možné změny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the institution of public space. It focuses on the definition of the concept itself, the relevant legal regulation, case law and professional literature. The thesis defines the concept itself and justifies its position in the legal system of the Czech Republic. The thesis also discusses public space from the historical and current point of view. In particular, it traces the origin, forms of use and termination of public space. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the ownership of public spaces and the protection of public space. The work also discusses selected public spaces in the town of Dobřany. The work evaluates the current state of legislation and proposes possible changes.en
