dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je stručně charakterizovat základní pojmy, provést analýzu mikrookolí a makrookolí podniku K2 finance a zhodnotit vlivy, které na něj působí. První část je věnována teoretickým pohledům na okolí podniku a na rozdělení těchto zkoumaných vlivů. Úvod druhé části je zaměřen na charakteristiku podniku K2 finance, základní údaje a jeho strukturu. Praktická část je věnována především konkrétním analýzám aplikovaných na podnik K2 finance: SWOT analýze, jež se zaměřuje na silné a slabé stránky podniku, příležitosti a hrozby v okolí podniku, a Porterově analýze, která zkoumá zejména vlivy konkurence, substitutů, odběratelů a dodavatelů. V poslední části práce jsou shrnuty odlišnosti a nedokonalosti podniku K2 a jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti zkoumaného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of the surroundings on a specific company. The principal aim of this work is to describe the basic concepts, analyze the micro and macro surroundings of company, and evaluate the influencing factors. The first section is devoted to theoretical perspectives of the surroundings of the company, and to the definition of surveyed impacts. The introduction of the second section is focused on characteristics and basic information of selected company, as well as its structure. The practical section is targeted at a particular analysis of the company called K2 finance, Ltd. The first analysis that was chosen is a SWOT analysis. This is focused on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the surroundings of the company. The second analysis is Porter´s Five Forces analysis. This explores, in particular, the impact of competitors, substitute products and services, customers and suppliers. The final section of this thesis summarizes the differences and imperfections of the company K2. Additionally, several steps are proposed to ensure the increase of competitiveness and performance of the analyzed company.en
