Abstract

Tento text je popularizační a s využitím literárního jazyka prezentuje dva základní typy kompozičního myšlení. Jeden označuje jako tradiční, rigorózně metodický, a přirovnává jej k „abstraktnímu stroji“. Ten druhý nazývá „strojem konkrétním“ a popisuje jej jako post-produkční zařízení, jenž má v současnosti zejména díky popularitě tzv. spektrální hudby status nového akademického standardu. Zároveň text poukazuje na existenci diskurzu, který je určen primárně aktivitami pařížského Institutu pro výzkum a koordinaci hudby a akustiky a jenž ke vzniku, reflexi a rozšíření „konkrétních strojů“ výrazně přispívá.

This text is a popularization, using literary language to present two basic types of compositional thinking. The first is described as traditional, rigorously methodical. It likens it to an "abstract machine". The second he calls a "concrete machine" and describes it as a post-production device that now has the status of a new academic standard. At the same time, the text points to the existence of a discourse, determined primarily by the activities of the Institute for Research and Coordination in Acoustics/Music in Paris, which contributes significantly to the emergence, reflection and dissemination of "concrete machines".
