dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je "vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik". Cílem je analyzovat okolí působící na hotel Ulrika. Tato práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První čtyři kapitoly jsou teoretické. Z teoretických poznatků vycházejí další tři praktické kapitoly. První kapitola uvádí základní informace o podniku. V další části je stručně vysvětlen pojem podnik. Ve třetí kapitole je řešena problematika okolí podniku. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje SWOT analýzu. Pátá část se zabývá okolím podniku Ulrika. Okolí je rozděleno na mikrookolí a makrookolí. Pro analýzu mikrookolí je použit Porterův model pěti sil, pro makrookolí zase PEST analýza. Dále jsou v této kapitole shrnuty zdroje podniku, které obsahují finanční analýzu hotelu. Předposlední kapitola je věnována SWOT analýze hotelu. V návaznosti na výsledky této analýzy je vytvořena sedmá kapitola, kde jsou navrhnuty opatření pro budoucí vývoj podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheme of this Bachelor thesis is "the influence of the surroundings on a specific company." The aim is to analyze the surrounding area acting on the hotel Ulrika. This work is divided into seven chapters. The first four chapters are theoretical. Next three practical chapters are based on theoretical knowledge. The first chapter presents basic information about the company. In the next section briefly explains the concept of an undertaking. In the third chapter, the problematics of surroundings. The fourth chapter describes the SWOT analysis. The fifth section deals with the environment of the undertaking Ulrika. The neighborhood is divided into macro and micro environment. For the analysis of micro enviroment is used Porter's five forces model, and for macro enviroment, PEST analysis. Furthermore, this chapter summarizes the resources of the company, which include a financial analysis of the hotel. The penultimate chapter is devoted to a SWOT analysis of the hotel. Following up on the results of this analysis is created the seventh chapter, where measures are designed for the future development of the businessen
