dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice vnímání Univerzitní ligy ledního hokeje v České republice aktivními a bývalými hráči ledního hokeje. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části autor za pomoci odborné literatury definuje základní pojmy z oblasti sportu a jeho funkce a sportovního marketingu a managementu. Ke splnění hlavního cíle praktické části, kterým je provedení výzkumného šetření k problematice hledání pozice Univerzitní hokejové ligy ledního hokeje v systému českého hokeje, pracoval autor s dotazníkem, za pomoci kterého oslovil aktivní a bývalé hráče ledního hokeje a fanoušky. V závěru práce autor předložil několik návrhů na zlepšení současné situace ve vnímání Univerzitní hokejové ligy hráči ledního hokeje a ve zvýšení povědomí o této lize mezi fanoušky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the perception of the University Ice Hockey League in the Czech Republic by active and former ice hockey players. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the author defines the basic concepts of sport and its functions and sports marketing and management with the help of literature. The main objective of the theoretical part is to conduct a research investigation on the issue of the search for the position of the University Ice Hockey League in the overall system of Czech ice hockey. The author worked with a questionnaire that he addressed to active and former ice hockey players and fans. At the end of the thesis, the author presents several suggestions to improve the current situation in the University Ice Hockey League's perception and increase the league's awareness among fans.en
