dc.description.abstractTématem předložené práce je vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je analýza jednotlivých vlivů, které působí na podnik TI&STAV spol. s. r. o. Podle výsledků analýz je navrženo opatření, které vede ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Teoretická i praktická část se vzájemně prolínají. V teoretické části je definován podnik, okolí podniku, význam malých a středních podniků. Dále pak metody pro analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí. V praktické části je charakterizován podnik, jeho historický vývoj a současná situace. Tato část také obsahuje již zmíněné analýzy, které jsou aplikovány na podnik. Jedná se o PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu a Porterův model pěti sil. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz jsou pak navržena opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor thesis is the influence of surroundings on specific company. The aim of the work is to analyze the influences that affect on the company TI&STAV spol. s. r. o. According to the results of analyses suggested optimal measures to improve competitiveness. Theoretical and practical part intertwine. The theoretical part is focused on company, surroundings of company, the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The methods for the analysis of macro and micro environment. In the practical part is characterized by company, its historical development and current situation. This section also contains the aforementioned analysis, which are applies to business. This is the PEST analyses, SWOT analysis and Porter´s five forces model. Based on the result of these analyzes are suggested measures.en
