dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá metodikou výběru společnosti do akciového portfolia jednotlivých investorů na základě finanční analýzy vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována objasnění základních pojmů potřebných pro hlubší orientaci v problematice akciového investování, jednotlivých kroků finanční analýzy a metodám stanovení tržní hodnoty firmy. Praktická část poté aplikuje teoretické poznatky do praxe na příkladu vybrané společnosti, na které jsou provedeny veškeré postupy finanční analýzy a vypočtena tržní hodnota podniku. Hlavním výstupem práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty akcie a následné přiřazení vybrané společnosti do skupiny investorů, pro které mohou být akcie společnosti kvalitní investicí, tvořící významnou část jejich akciového portfolia.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of selecting a company for the stock portfolio of individual investors based on the financial analysis of the selected company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the clarification of the basic concepts needed for a deeper orientation in the issue of stock investing, the individual steps of financial analysis and the methods of determining the market value of the company. The practical part then applies the theoretical knowledge into practice on the example of the selected company on which all financial analysis procedures are carried out and the market value of the company is calculated. The main output of the thesis is determination of the market value of a share and then assign the selected company to a group of investors for whom the company's shares can be a quality investment, forming a significant part of their stock portfolio.en
