dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou prostředí vybrané organizace. Jejím hlavním cílem je na základě získaných poznatků z provedených analýz všech tří prostředí podniku navrhnout doporučení pro jeho další rozvoj. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování klíčových pojmů v oblasti strategického řízení a analýzy. Praktická část pak aplikuje tyto teoretické poznatky na konkrétní podnik - kavárnu Security Space & Café, která se nachází v širším centru Plzně. Hlavním přínosem práce je analýza prostředí této organizace a návrh opatření k jejímu dalšímu rozvoji. Výstupy této studie mohou být využity ke zlepšení strategického řízení podniku a jeho prosperity.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the environment of a selected organization. Its main objective is to propose recommendations for the company's further development based on the findings from the analyses conducted in all three of its environments. The theoretical part defines key concepts in the field of strategic management and analysis. The practical part then applies these theoretical insights to a specific business - the café Security Space & Café, located in the wider center of Plzeň. The main contribution of this thesis is the analysis of the environment of this organization and the proposal of measures for its further development. The findings of this study can be utilized to improve the company's strategic management and enhance its prosperity.en
