dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření obce Konstantinovy Lázně v letech 2009 - 2013. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současné finanční situace a navržení případných přínosných opatření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje územní samosprávu, obce, kraje a charakterizuje způsoby financování základních územních samosprávných celků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření obce v letech 2009 - 2013. Hlavním podkladem pro toto zpracování byly Výkazy pro hodnocení plnění rozpočtu a Závěrečné účty obce ve vybraných letech. Závěr práce hodnotí současnou finanční situaci a navrhuje případná přínosná opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor's Work focuses on financial management of the municipality of Konstantinovy Lázně in years 2009 - 2013. The aim of the Work is to evaluate the current financial situation and to suggest potentially beneficial measures. The Bachelor's Work is divided into two parts a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part defines the regional self-government, municipalities and territories and describes the way of financing of the basic regional self-governing units. The practical part aims at the analysis of the municipality's financial management in years 2009 - 2013. Statements of the municipality's budget fulfilment evaluation and its Closing accounts in the given years were used as a main source for this elaboration. The evaluation of the current financial situation and suggested potentially beneficial measures are presented in the conclusion of the Work.en
