| dc.description.abstract | Jako téma své práce jsem si vybral "Odposlech a záznam hovorů". Hlavním bodem této práce je komplexní rozbor úpravy odposlechů podle zákona č. 141/1961 Sb., o trestním řízení soudním. Část práce je věnována také historickému vývoji tohoto institutu a dále pak možnosti použití odposlechů podle jiného zákona než trestního řádu. V závěru práce je věnován prostor komparaci odposlechů a to v rámci české a slovenské právní úpravy. | cs |

The major objective of this thesis is the interception and call records pursuant to Law 141/1961 Coll., the Criminal Procedure Code. The part of project is pursuanted to history of these institutes. Another part explains an option to use wiretapping that is founded on different act than the Criminal Procedure Code. The final part investigates the similarities or differences of legal provisions of wiretapping between the Czech and Slovak legal systems. | en |
