dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá nabýváním státního občanství České republiky se zaměřením na současně účinný zákon č. 186/2013 Sb. Práce se především zaměřuje na formy nabývání státního občanství České republiky ze zákona a nabytím státního občanství prohlášením. Práce je dále doplněna historickým exkurzem do jednotlivých forem nabývání a to od vzniku samostatné Československé republiky. Cílem práce je tak poskytnout pohled do právní úpravy vymezených forem nabývání státního občanství České republiky, tak aby čtenář lépe pochopil účel nového zákona o státním občanství.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the acquisition of citizenship of the Czech Republic with focus on currently in force Act no. 186/2013 Coll. The thesis is mainly focus on these forms of the acquisition of citizenship of the Czech Republic by automatic acquisition ex lege and by acquisition by declaration. The thesis is extend by historici excurison into individual forms the acquisition of citizenship from formation of the Czechoslovakia. Aim of this thesis is to provide a view in legislation of choosen forms of the acquisition of citizenship Czech republic, for better understanding of purpose of new act about the acquisition of citizenship.en
