dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá náborem všeobecných sester ve vybraných zdravotnických organizacích v Plzeňském kraji. Situace ve zdravotnictví není v současné době optimální, v posledních letech narůstá počet chybějících kvalifikovaných všeobecných sester. Musejí se některá oddělení uzavírat a zdravotničtí pracovníci, kteří zůstávají mají mnohdy práce více než dříve. Po pandemii covid - 19 sice vzrostla společenská reputace tohoto oboru a zlepšili se i platové podmínky. Zvýšil se počet studentů zdravotnických oborů, ale to nezaručuje větší počet všeobecných sester ve zdravotnictví, jelikož fluktuace zdravotníků je vysoká. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretická část se zaměřuje na informace o současném stavu ve zdravotnictví, řízením lidských zdrojů, výběrovým řízením a náborem zaměstnanců. Empirická část se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu náboru (získávání, výběr a přijímání) potenciálních zájemců o práci na pracovní pozici všeobecná sestra ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízení Plzeňského kraje a zkoumá jaká je role sestry manažerky v oblasti lidských zdrojů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the recruitment of general nurses in selected healthcare organizations in the Pilsen region. The situation in the healthcare sector is currently not optimal, the number of missing qualified general nurses has been increasing in recent years. Some departments have to be closed and the health workers who remain often have more work than before. After the covid-19 pandemic, the social reputation of this field has grown and the salary conditions have also improved. The number of medical students has increased, but this does not guarantee a greater number of general nurses in the health sector, as the turnover of medical professionals is high. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on information about the current state of health care, human resource management, selection and recruitment of employees. The empirical part focuses on the analysis of the recruitment process (recruitment, selection and acceptance) of potential applicants for the position of general nurse in selected medical facilities of the Pilsen region and examines the role of the nurse manager in the field of human resources.en
