dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání instrukcí pro pozemkovou evidenci z hlediska vybraných technických aspektů, kterými jsou budování bodového pole a stabilizace bodů, způsob stanovování vlastnických hranic, měřické metody, dosažené parametry přesnosti, vznik mapy, kartografické zpracování, výpočet výměr, vedení a údržba mapového díla. Pro každé období evidence je zpracován časový graf instrukcí a legislativních dokumentů pro pozemkovou evidenci s časovým zařazením dle jejich vzniku. V první části práce je každá instrukce z vybraných hledisek popsána. Přiloženy jsou odkazy na původní celé znění použitých materiálů. Druhá část práce pak obsahuje samotné srovnání instrukcí pozemkové evidence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of this bachelor thesis is comparing instructions for the land register in terms of the selected technical aspects such as creating a point field and stabilizing points, a method of determining property boundaries, measuring methods, achieved accuracy parameters, a map creation, a cartographical processing, a calculation of areas, a supervision and a maintenance of the map work. For each time period of the register there is digested a time graph, based on the instructions and legislative documents, for land registry with time categorization according to its creation. In the first section there is each instruction from selected viewpoints described. Links with original unabridged versions of the applied materials are attached. The second part follows up then the comparison of the land registry instructions.en
