| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním mzdových nákladů mateřských škol od roku 2020. Téma bakalářské práce je zvoleno z důvodu prozkoumání a objasnění problematiky nedostatečných prostředků na platy zaměstnanců mateřských škol. Cílem práce je zhodnocení a následné porovnání dvou různých principů financování mateřských škol, a to principu do roku 2019 a od roku 2020. Předpokládalo se, že reforma financování mateřských škol bude pro školy výhodnější a efektivnější než předešlý způsob financování. Z údajů poskytnutých z účetnictví vybrané organizace se zjistilo, že reforma je pro školství opravdu výhodnější, avšak z hlediska složitosti je potřeba zapracovat dále na efektivnosti. Při zpracování bakalářské práce se vycházelo také z rozhovorů s pracovníky v daném oboru. Výstup z bakalářské práce je možno uplatnit jako podklad pro MŠMT při zjišťování změn a nedostatků dané reformy. Dále je bakalářská práce vhodná pro širokou veřejnost, která by projevila zájem o danou problematiku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the financing of the wage costs in kindergartens since 2020. The topic of the bachelor's thesis has been chosen to examine and clarify the issue of insufficient funds for the salaries of kindergarten employees. The aim of the work was to evaluate and then compare two different principles of financing of kindergartens, comparing the principle until 2019 and from 2020. It has been assumed that the reform of financing of kindergartens would bring more advantages and effectiveness for schools compared to the previous method of financing. From the data provided by the accounting of the selected organization, it was found that the reform is more beneficial for education, but in terms of complexity, it is necessary to work further on efficiency. The elaboration of the bachelor's thesis was also based on interviews with workers in the field. The output of the bachelor's thesis can be used as a basis for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in identifying changes and shortcomings of the reform. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis is suitable for the public, which would show interest in the issue. | en |
