dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce zpracovává téma motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci Uniform Accessoires Bohemia, s. r. o. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit motivaci zaměstnanců v dané organizaci a následně navrhnout opatření, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení motivace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy motivace, vybrané motivační teorie, pracovní motivace a problematika motivačního programu. V úvodu praktické části je charakterizována zvolená organizace a popsán její současný motivační systém. V dalších kapitolách je prezentováno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s vybranými pracovnicemi. Na základě zhodnocení motivace pracovníků jsou v závěrečné kapitole praktické části navrhována vhodná opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with area of employee motivation in the organisation Uniform Accessoires Bohemia, s. r. o. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the motivation of employees in the organisation and then devise measures that should contribute to improving motivation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical section. In the theoretical section are defined the basic concepts of motivation, selected theories of motivation, work motivation and issue of the motivation program. In the introduction of practical section is the characteristic of the selected organisation and described its current motivation system. In other chapters is presented the questionnaire survey and the interviews with the selected employees. Based on evaluation of employee motivation are in the final chapter of practical section proposed appropriate measures.en
