dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou volného pohybu zaměstnanců v rámci Evropské unie. V práci je zpracován historický vývoj integračních snah na Evropském kontinentu. V další části práce autor popisuje obsah zakládajících smluv Evropské unie. V této kapitole jsou vymezeny některé klíčové pojmy jako pojem občanství Evropské unie, nebo pojem pracovník. Jsou zde uvedeny stěžejní předpisy primárního a sekundárního práva upravující danou problematiku. V diplomové práci je dále vymezena problematika zaměstnávání cizinců v ČR a vysílání tuzemských pracovníků do zahraničí. V práci je představena historie a současná činnost Evropského portálu pracovní mobility. Závěrem práce autor uvádí některé témata týkající se vývoje a budoucnosti volného pohybu pracovníků v Evropské unii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the issue of free movement of workers within the European Union. The thesis deals with the historical development of integration efforts on the European continent. In the next part, the author describes the content of the founding treaties of the European Union. This chapter defines some crucial terms such as the concept of European citizenship or the term worker. There are also mentioned the main regulations of primary and secondary law, which regulates the free movement of workers. The diploma thesis also defines the issue of employment of foreign workers in the Czech Republic and the posting of domestic workers abroad. The work presents the history and current activities of the European Employment Services. In conclusion, the author presents some topics concerning the development and future of the free movement of workers in the European Union.en
