| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává strategickou analýzu prostředí vybrané organizace. Organizací pro účely této práce je TOYOTA Dolák s. r. o. Práce je standartně rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje téma strategického řízení, pojmy s ním související a strategickou analýzu. V druhé části této práce je představena organizace Dolák s. r. o. a dále je na ni v praktické části zpracována strategická analýza pomocí analýz jednotlivých okolí podniku, SWOT analýzy a SPACE analýzy. Pro analýzu makrookolí podniku je zpracována PEST analýza, pro analýzu mezookolí je použit Porterův model pěti sil a benchmarking. Mikrookolí zpracovává finanční a marketingová analýza spolu s analýzou zdrojů a konkurenční výhody. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován návrhu opatření a doporučením na základě výsledků analýz a zjištěných informací o organizaci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis develops a strategic analysis of the environment of a selected organization. The organization for the purpose of this thesis is TOYOTA Dolák s. r. o. The thesis is standardly divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the topic of strategic management, related concepts and strategic analysis. In the second part of this thesis, the organization Dolák s. r. o. is introduced and furthermore, in the practical part, the strategic analysis is elaborated on it by means of analyses of the individual surroundings of the company, SWOT analysis and SPACE analysis. For the analysis of the macro-environment of the company, PEST analysis is prepared, for the analysis of the meso-environment, Porter's five forces model and benchmarking is used. The microenvironment is processed by financial and marketing analysis along with resource analysis and competitive advantage analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the proposal of measures and recommendations based on the results of the analysis and the information found about the organization. | en |
