| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Na začátku teoretické části najdeme kapitolu věnovanou stáří. Dále tato část obsahuje popis současného důchodového systému a jeho historický vývoj. Velká část práce pojednává o důchodové reformě. Především jsou zde popsány důvody neudržitelnosti současného systému a doporučení Poradního expertního sboru. V závěru je charakteristika schválené důchodové reformy a informace o průběhu realizace reformy. Cílem praktické části je zjistit informovanost, názory a postoje studentů Pedagogické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni k důchodové reformě. Metodou výzkumu je dotazníkové šetření. | cs |

This section also contains a description of the current pension system and its historical development. A large partof thesis deals with the pension reform. First of all there are reasons described unsustainability of current system and recommendations of Poradní expertní sbor. In conclusion the characteristics of the approved pension reform, and information abou the progress. The target of a practical part is to find information, opinions and attitudes to pension reform from students of the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
