dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvářením fantasy světa v sérii Skleněný trůn od autorky Sarah J. Maas. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje definici fantasy žánru, jeho historii, klíčovým rysům a osobnostem a představuje jeho podžánry, jako je young adult fantasy, romantická fantasy a epická či vysoká fantasy. Praktická část analyzuje, jak Sarah J. Maas vystavěla svůj fiktivní svět, se zaměřením na jeho geografii, historii, systém magie, jednotlivé rasy a nadpřirozené bytosti, a dále na vývoj hlavní hrdinky Aelin Galathynius. Cílem práce je představit a analyzovat postupy, jimiž Sarah J. Maas vytvořila koherentní a poutavý fantasy svět v rámci fantasy literatury a literatury pro mládež.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis examines the construction of the fantasy world in Sarah J. Maas's Throne of Glass series. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part outlines the definition, history, key features, and figures of the fantasy genre, and its subgenres, including young adult fantasy, romantic fantasy or epic and high fantasy. The practical part analyzes Maas's world-building, magical system, species and supernatural creatures, as well as the character development of the protagonist, Aelin Galathynius. The aim of this thesis is to introduce and analyze the methods through which Sarah J. Maas constructed a coherent and immersive young adult fantasy world.en
